It's beyond words how beautiful the location is of this agriturismo. We were contacted by the manager before we arrived and arranged for our arrival. We stayed in its 2 bedroom apartment, Lavanda, and it had a complete living quarters with a stove, small fridge, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, plates, cups and eating and cooking utensils. Everything was very clean! You can easily buy some food from the grocery and cook it. The grocery was also nearby to drive, a 15 min drive close to Montepulciano. There is a pool, it's clean but it was cold. Luca, the caretaker, met with us the next day and gave us a box of coffee pods. There is a washer room by the big apartment across from the pool. There are drying racks available to dry your clothes. The view outside is what caught our breath. Rows of olive trees and the landscape as far as thee eye can see!...

It's a perfect Toscana getaway. The villa is located in the heart of the region. Great view, all possible service features for countryside villa, ideal wifi coverage and cozy interiors. The villa is in the middle of Tuscany, but also hidden from main roads and noise around. Special thanks to Amodeo and his son Tommaso both so kind and helpful with every random or very important request we had. 10/10 super...

De ligging is prachtig en het uitzicht is top, maar helaas waren er veel ernstige minpunten waardoor ons verblijf een teleurstelling was.

De kamer (Ginestra) was niet proper: spinnenwebben, ongedierte dat rondkroop, stof en vuil,.. Daarbovenop veel overlast van andere gasten en kamers. Ons “privéterras” bood totaal geen privacy: er stond een picknicktafel net voor ons terras waar andere gasten zaten te ontbijten. Vanuit ons bed, terras en kamer keken we dus letterlijk recht op andere gasten – privacy nul.

Wat het meest storend was, is de schandalige communicatie met de eigenares. Maanden vóór onze komst had ik expliciet gevraagd of we onze elektrische wagen konden opladen. Ze bevestigde dat dit kon via een normaal stopcontact. Eenmaal aangekomen bleek ze niet aanwezig. Toen ik haar hierover contacteerde, zei ze plots dat ze niet wou dat we zouden opladen omdat ze bang was voor een stroomuitval. Haar houding was onvriendelijk, en ze verwees ons gewoon naar Pienza (de dichtstbijzijnde stad) om daar te laden.

Een mooie locatie alleen is niet genoeg: hygiëne, respect voor gasten en duidelijke communicatie zijn essentieel. Dit verblijf stelde helaas...
