Great views of the ocean and ideal for various groups to visit and have a really great time. This is advertised as a Rest Stop. Being one who travels around the Island from time to time, I may have a need to use the restroom at a designated Rest Stop. Boston Beach needs to revise the cost for persons wanting to use the restroom only. I was charged the regular entry fee for the property ($300.00) and all I wanted to do is use the restroom. I was not travelling solo so we all had to pay that amount you use the restroom which was in a deplorable state This is sheer madness. With such a ridiculous charge for the use of bathroom only I suggest the operators if this place renovate the bathrooms. Portland is the best parish in my view. Boston Beach is world renowned. Act like it! You have numerous tourists visiting this attraction and numerous events such as festivals staged...

This Beach was absolutely breath taking! From the moment you entered the property, you could feel the peacefulness of the atmosphere. There's an entry fee of $500JMD for adults however I'm not certain if there is a fee for kids as my group did not travel with any but you could always get in contact with them and find out. There is parking on the property, and security to ensure that your vehicle is safe. The whitesand beach boasts 3 large gazebos, huge bathrooms, a showering area, tall shady trees, surf boards and beach chairs available for rent, music played by staff for entertainment, lifeguards are present, and the water is crystal clear. You could swim to the border created by the owners in the water, look down and still see everything happening below you without submerging your head or even wearing goggles. 20 out of 10 would...

One of the best white sand beaches in Portland. Water is world class in clarity and Jamaican, turquoise blue. Wasn't overcrowded on a Monday during summer. Admission was only J$500. My experience here was more pleasant than Winnifred Beach. You can surf here a 1 hour lesson will set you back J$10k per person. Ask for Dennis he's a good guy and he gave me a nice discount for my 2 young people. He will also arrange for boat tours. Beach is clean, family friendly DJ played tasteful music- 1980s to present (although it was a little too loud). Not much to see if you're into snorkeling. Winnifred Beach has a bit more reef life close to shore. Overall was an enjoyable...
