This is the third time I’ve visited Jamaica and the first time I have booked Dr. Fun (Delton). Wow, what can I say? He’s the best driver we’ve ever had. What a great ambassador for Jamaica. I so wish we’d found him sooner. Make no mistake, we’ll be using his services again. I believe he is the best person to book for excursions and transfers. You’ll find no one better than Delton l.

We booked Dr. Fun for our visit to Blue Hole. What a fabulous experience! Delton is a proud and passionate Jamaican. You will learn so much from him as he tells you all about the culture throughout the journey. He is such a lovely person, and you can tell he enjoys his job. On the way back to the hotel, we stopped at a local fishing spot and spoke to a couple of local fishermen. This wasn’t part of the excursion but was a lovely addition to the short trip.

On another occasion, Delton also took us into Ochi to do some shopping. Much cheaper than the hotel taxi for a round trip, and again, much more fun. Delton even stopped at a freshwater spring so we could fill up our bottles with water. Again, another nice touch! And if you are lucky and are traveling during mango season, he’ll bring you a few juicy mangos from his garden. Very tasty indeed. I wish we could’ve spent more time with him. Such great company!

All I can say is, you’d be wise to book all your excursions with Dr. Fun. You will not be disappointed. Make sure you book with him direct and not through the trip advisor link. You’ll save more...

We had an absolutely amazing time with Delton at Dr. Fun Tours in Ocho Rios, Jamaica! Delton is an incredibly kind, professional, and respectful person who truly made our trip to Nine Miles unforgettable.

On the way to Nine Miles, he shared so much about the history of Jamaica, pointed out various communities, and explained fascinating aspects of Jamaican culture and local fruits. Once we arrived, he took the time to give us more insights and made sure we had an incredible experience.

On the way back, Delton went above and beyond by taking a different route through the mountains. This allowed us to see even more beautiful scenery, learn about additional communities, and even meet some Rastafari. The views were breathtaking, and it felt like a completely personalized tour.

We were also hungry during the trip, and Delton kindly took us to a wonderful spot in the mountains where we enjoyed some delicious food. He further also took us to a local food market so that we could buy some fresh fruits and vegetables.

Our tour guide "Doctor Fun Tours" aka Delton, was absolutely welcoming and amazing! We started our journey from our resort and headed out to our destination, The Blue Hole. Delton was extermly knowledgeable on the local information of Jamaica. He explained the land, history, locals, different foods on our journey to and from. And let's not forget the Doctor Fun Song on our way!!! Such energy and fun!!! When we arrived at The Blue Hole, Delton made arrangements with our tour guide Lindo. And we started our amazing journey to different locations along the river with Lindo. Lindo was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the tree's and water history in that area. He also took videos and amazing pictures of us jumping and swimming, along our journey down the river. Something we will never forget and can look back on as such an amazing experience!!
