There are not enough stars to value Lee’s service. I can only compare him with a best friend. I booked a trip to the Luminous Lagoon, Lee picked me up at my hotel, took me to the boat and we enjoyed a nice dinner. Everything fine until then but what happened next day made the absolute difference. My flight back to Miami got cancelled because of a mechanical problem and another flight got cancelled around the same time, so the airport became a crazy place with hundreds of people looking for answers and making long lines to obtain vouchers for a hotel and transportation. I called Lee because the whole introduced us told me “Lee makes things happen”, and I discovered how real those words were. Lee contacted managers at different hotels and Airbnb’s and people at the airport. Within a matter of minutes one of the ladies American Airlines was calling my name to give me my vouchers so I was able to skip hours of waiting in line (people looked at me and asked “who are you connected to???”, I felt like a celebrity). But things don’t end there because of the chaos continued because of having to relocate hundreds of people on flights next day. Not my problem, Lee was able to get me options though his contacts and I could choose time and even seat to flight back home the next day. Friends of mine who have been to Jamaica over 50 times told me this is the best ,most reliable and trustworthy company to go through. And buddy were they right ! Lee was very friendly responsive and great to answer any and all questions we had. Lee was there personally to meet us at the airport with our driver Chicken ! Had a cooler full of beverages ice cold waiting in the van for us. Chicken (a native) had all the good history and answers to the questions a the things we saw from the airport to negril (not to mention a joke or two). One of us from the group had to use the restroom a cigarettes on the way an stoped for us no questions asked. We also booked excursions t through this a they exceeded our expectations. Later in the week we were looking fora good “local” place to eat. So what did we do ? We called up chicken asked for his say a next thing ya know we have chicken on his way to pick us up. This was our first visit to Treasure Beach and we stayed at Jake’s. There are plenty of cafes, bars and shops in walking distance and there were beach parties at night with great music. This part of Jamaica has a very friendly and relaxed vibe and we loved everything about it!

Our group of 20 had amazing excursions to YS falls eco park and a boat trip to Floyd’s Pelican Bar complete with a beach picnic! Some in our group also did a cycling tour with a local guide. It was such a treat to have Soul of Jamaica arrange all of the activities and transportation.

Lee knows all the best local spots (Lee’s must sees!) and we stopped at various times for jerk, pepper shrimp, fresh fruit and coconut water. These are the details that make a trip extra special and that we might not find on our own.
