岡ちゃん岡ちゃん
山号を愛宕山と号し、血流地蔵菩薩を本尊とする真言宗豊山派の古刹で、応永元(1394)年、中成和尚により開山されたと云われています。元文5～6(1536～1537)年に吉橋城主である高木伊勢守胤貞が後北条氏に攻められて戦死したことを弔う為に、遺臣たちが吉橋城の一角に胤貞の守り本尊である地蔵菩薩像を祀ったのが起源となっており、その木像の地蔵菩薩像は、幾多の戦いで胤貞の命を身を挺して救ったと云われることから、血流(ちながれ)地蔵尊と呼ばれています。広大な整備された駐車場とトイレもありました。

八千代八福神の布袋様を中心に、八福神全てを祀っていて、 他では中に隠されて見られないところの分も拝めて、非常にありがたい。 他に、観音様もいますが、広大な駐車場の右側の門から行くと、 その階段に沿って、様々な菩薩様などの石像が数十体並んでいて、 なかなか壮観です。 境内も大きくはな...
