friendly and helpful staff. clean and easy store layout. lots of options for furniture and home accessories. decent quality furniture for decent prices. easy ordering and free delivery from store to store (for anything they do not have in-store). if there is a line, it always moves fast at this location.

many things not in stock here. little weird to get to parking if you haven't already been here. some Nitori things (example: mattresses) are not good quality, make sure to do some...

Wonderful shopping experience I plan to repeat! Helpful, pleasant staff assisted with making a point card (application) and arranging a relatively quick delivery of 3 items. Prices beat those at the big mall in town for most items....
