Hokoshima Shrine — Local services in Fukui

This Island of Hoko-jima is formed by saw-toothed rock formation of Echizen Coast just in the same pattern with famous Tojinbo located in the north. According to the history there was a statue of Fudo Myo-o discovered by a fisherman from Echizen while he was out for hunting. Revelation was told that it should be kept enshrined up on this rock. 車でドライブしている時に鉾島神社を発見しました。ここら辺は、夜中にドライブしている時は、何だろう？と思いつつ通り過ぎてました。 だから、今日に至って行ってきました〜。チョットした山登り???感覚でテッペンに行きました。テッペンには、祠があり、海の安全祈願や大漁祈願などをお願いする所だと思います。 祠の回りは、海〜海〜🌊〜🔱って最後のマークは、違うけどね。波が穏やか〜にウナってました。今年の後半になれば、福井の名物と言えるカニ〜🦀〜カニ〜🦀の解禁日になりますね。楽しみですね。祠の回りの風景は、良かったです。高〜い・たか〜い所からの絶景スポットですね。あつ〜い...
