Such a beautiful spot! The temperature is much cooler than the surrounding area, so it is a great place to cool down, relax and listen to the sounds of nature. Good for the soul!

観音滝は水量も豊富で、岩幅8mの間を落差50mの滝が3段となって流れています。壮大さは中国地方屈指の滝です。増水した時は50mを一気に流れ落ちます。駐車場から3分程度で滝壺に行くことができます。道のりは整備されており歩きやすくなっているので、スニーカーでも行くことができます。写真を撮られる方は長靴を履いていかれるとなお良いです。 駐車場は割と広いので、車で来る時も駐車できないことはないと思います。トイレや水道も完備されています。

駐車場付近は独特な匂い 案内板によると観瀑台は渡渉した先の右岸にあるみたいだが濡れずに渡れそうもなく、渡った先に道も見えず諦める 左岸の滝近辺にはハママンネングサが生えており癒された

25/10/10再訪問 手前の山で工事をしており工事車両を見かけた。この日は駐車場で独特な匂いはせず。綺麗に整備された遊歩道を進み、今回は徒渉して右岸からも観瀑。前回分からなかった観瀑台跡の土台も判明。右岸からだと滝を真正面から捉えられるので行くなら踝までは濡れても良いような...
