This airport was the perfect size with just enough amenities to meet a couple hours while waiting for a flight. It's very close to the rental cars, especially Toyota car rentals. They have a blend of gift stores with local delicacies, various trinkets, and travel bags including tax free service if you are a foreigner. The dining options available are actually very good from local ramen to a milk stand with delicious soft serve. After a few minutes, they said everything is okay, and the Toyota rental car agent brought my phone to the information desk!!
The relief was indescribable. Thank you to the Asahikawa information booth staff for helping resolve this situation and to the Toyota rental car staff who helped to find and bring the phone...
