2025年1月に購入したエアコン設置件について、販売店より意見を求められましたので投稿いたします。 業者の方は一生懸命作業してくれ、2時間程で作業は終わりました。 取り付けの際に既存の配管カバーが配管の曲がりで着かなかった事の報告を受け、２枚の伝票にサインを行い取扱説明書、保証書、使用しなかった部品等をもらいました。 業者の方が帰り、取り付け状況を確認すると既存の配管カバーか無かったため購入店舗に確認すると、ゴミとして廃棄したとの事でした。 配達伝票のサインは、作業確認リストの内容確認のためのものでしたが、確認することなくサインを求められました。 たかが配管カパーですが了解を得て処分してくれれば、また当たり前の作業を当たり前に行ってほしいと思います。 ノジマさんは、標準工事代金が販売価格に含まれていることを他店とのセールスポイントにしていますが、既存エアコンの交換工事なら標準工事は必要なく、取り外し及び取り付け工事代金は別途請求されるため、他店で購入した方が安くなると考えられます。もちろん、どこで買うかは購入者が決めることですが。 エアコンが新しくなり一時的にうれしい気持ちにはなりましたが、一転して嫌な思いにさせられ貴店で購入したこ...
