Four star facilities. One for service. I was just looking for a JAL office and ask for a young lady if she speaks english. The answer was a rude NO!! Weird reaction for a japanese information staff, also, it is a very touristic town with foreign citizen, therefore some english is somehow necessary. But the airport itself is very nice.
