The shrine trail course is steeper but the path is easier to navigate than the waterfall course.
The waterfall course is longer but less steep, although there are more technical terrains here and there are some parts where the trail path could be hard to find and it’s easy to get lost so be careful. I recommend downloading an offline gps map so you won’t get lost.
I entered the shrine trail head, climbed to the peak and rested there for 10minutes. I descended back down using the waterfall course. It took me a total of 2hours and 31 minutes, I didn’t have sticks although I think they would’ve been useful.
