This is a bungalow park, a luxury one, with only 14 4-person bungalows, opened only 2 years ago, a 30 minute drive from Narita Tokyo Airport and 1 hour 15 min drive from Tokyo downtown. One of the few places in Japan where dogs are welcome, it also has a very nice Onsen, included in the price for the guests. It is also kid friendly, one can harvest his own vegetables and there is a nice barbeque area. I strongly recommends this for expats, to stay one night before flying out on a business trip or on the return, or to have your partner and kids, wait for your return. A great little stay away from the hustle and bustle. We stayed in a cottage with 2 king singles and 2 futons on tatami. They have a kitchen and bathroom and even a hammock which the kids loved. So peaceful and great pasta at the restaurant. Included in your stay is also entry into the onsen and taco rice buffet for breakfast. There are also ger-style 'tents' available for glamping.
