2020年10月中旬に鉱山跡に行ってから寄りました。

コロナ禍かつ平日かつ雨ということもあり 駐車場、鉱山跡含め全体が貸切状態 こちらの歴史館は照明が消されており 休館かなと思い出入口まで行ったら、明るくなり入ることができました。(無料)

原石が展示されていた 鉱山のヒストリー、鉱山で使用されていたアイテムを知る事ができる 坑道を針金で再現されているのは楽しかった 毛細血管にもアリの巣にも見える クラゲの足にも見えるかもしれない。 古い電話機が吹き出した人の顔みたいに見えてツボりました

2025.7 入館料は無料でした。鉱物標本や、坑道で使用された道具類が展示されています。個人的には、調査結果を立体として表現する坑道立体模型が凄かった。江戸時代から、昭和までの採掘の歴史でしょうが、細かくて凄い。また、記録があるのは江戸時代ですが、言い伝えでは8世紀には、鉱山が発見されたとされている。どちらの言い伝えでも、獅子の様な異人が出てくるところが、面白い。朝廷の威光もまだ遠い時代だったであろうから。
