Isaac is an excellent tutor with very friendly attitude and clear instruction. He is good at leading us to the right learning track with good patience. Even more, he is helping us to resolve our snowboard problem which means a lot to us. I would like to express my appreciation to him. Natalie, who is the instructor of our kid, shows her great patience and friendship to little kid. During the two-day lesson, even though our kid is not quite cooperating in some way, she is able to manage our the situation and direct him to learn snow boarding in good progress. At the end of the day, we see that our son is able to do some basic S move which is very encouraging to parents. Out family enjoys the time staying with them and would highly recommend them to our friends. Just one recommendation is that if there are more organized videoscan be taken to your customers showingg the before and after skill, it will be perfect and convincing.

I and my friend were beginners and we both had some horrendous ski experience in the past when we went skiing with friends when in college and ended up in a mess! This time we decided to take a proper class and signed up for 2 full-day class in Niseko (6 hrs on each day). Our Cantonese speaking coach Tony was very patient, clear, motivating and thoughtful. I would say at the end of our class, we managed to ski down the beginners slope without much fear. This has definitely exceeded our expectation! Our overall experience with Snow and Flow has been excellent: from exploring to booking to the pickup service to the actual lesson. Highly recommending their...

Absolutely delightful experience - we booked Keith for 2 afternoons, and we decided to extend to 3 after our first afternoon with him (and already recommended to friends)

Keith was patient yet encouraging, very observant and gives timely suggestions on how to improve.

It's the first time skiing (in 20 years) for my partner - by day 2, he was able to do red comfortably and by day 3, he was challenging some blacks with Keith's accompany.

Highly recommend Keith to anyone who is looking for a caring instructor that knows his stuff, we thoroughly enjoyed his accompany! (He even gave great tips on the slopes that we can do in other resorts when...
