My Wife & I came to 'Glamp Element' as part of our 20th Wedding Anniversary. We were very happy that we chose 'Glamp Element' to celebrate the occasion. It was perfect. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed we were spoiled by everything 'Glamp Element' had to offer. The staff were very polite & respectful, as is custom in Japan, and were also very friendly. All the facilities at 'Glamp Element' - the accommodation, the food, facilities, the grounds - were 5-star plus. 在夏天到達, 雖然天氣很炎熱, 但是綠色的青草地與藍天形成非常美麗的景色, 室內的空調都足夠涼爽, 帳篷內的淋浴也很舒適, 水溫與水量非常可靠, 不論是划船的救生衣或是高爾夫球具到拖鞋都有萬全準備, 飲食也很精緻, 因為加點了烤肉, 真的非常飽足！只是飲食區在現場燒烤後會煙霧彌漫一陣子...園區內每個員工都很親切, 因為本身不太會說日文, 有什麼需求或是需要帳篷到前台的接送都可以靠Line app達成, 很方便, 完全不用擔心, 整個在營區裡酒水點心非常豐裕, 感受到無微不至的照顧！

日文: 夏に到着しました。天気はとても暑かったですが、緑の芝生と青い空が非常に美しい景色を作り出していました。室内のエアコンは十分に涼しく、テント内のシャワーもとても快適で、水温と水量も非常に安定していました。カヌー用のライフジャケットやゴルフ用品、サンダルまで万全に準備されていました。食事もとても繊細で、追加したバーベキューで本当にお腹がいっぱいになりました！ただ、飲食エリアでのバーベキュー後はしばらく煙が充満しますが…。園内のスタッフは皆とても親切で、日本語があまり話せない私でも、何か必要なことやテントからフロントへの送迎などはLineアプリで対応でき、とても便利で全く心配いりませんでした。キャンプ場内では飲み物やお菓子がとても豊富で、細やかな気配りを感じました！
