清松庵たちばな — Local services in Matsue

ここのぜんざいめちゃくちゃ美味いです。名前を失念してしまったのですが黒いおもちに栗をトッピングして食べたのですが表面の香ばしい匂いとカリカリ感、中はおもちの柔らかさと甘まみ、クルミのようなつぶつぶ感が口の中で広がりそこに小豆の絶妙な甘さと栗の食感が混ざりめちゃくちゃ美味い、店内は洋菓子風なのですがこのぜんざいはThe 和菓子です。どこにもないぜんざいすごく気に入りました。店内は広く見晴らしも良く過ごしやすい場所ですが過ごしやすいだけに１時間半位までですと時間指定ありました。まあ見晴らしがよいお店はどこもこんな感じです。あと、駐車場が入りにくいのが残念ですがそれ以外は文句なしです。

The surface had a fragrant smell and a crunchy texture, while the inside was soft and sweet, with a walnut-like granular texture that spread in your mouth, and the combination of the exquisite sweetness of the red beans and the texture of the chestnuts was really delicious. The interior of the shop is Western-style, but this zenzai is the ultimate Japanese sweet. I really liked this zenzai, which you can't find anywhere else. The inside of the shop is spacious and has a good view, and it's a comfortable place to spend time, but because it's so comfortable, there is a time limit of about an hour and a half.
