هونشو (عن هذا الملف Honshū (؟·معلومات)باليابانية:本州) جزيرة يابانية تحمل الكثير من المحافظات منها العاصمة طوكيو. هونشو هي أكبر الجزر في اليابان، وتدعى الأرض الرئيسية؛ ومن جنوب هوكايدو عبر مضيق تسوغورو، إلى الشمال من منطقة شيكوكو عبر البحار الداخلية، والشمال الشرقي من منطقة كيوشو عبر مضيق كانمون. وهي سابع أكبر هذه الجزر، والجزيرة الثانية الأكثر اكتظاظا بالسكان في العالم بعد جزيرة جاوة. المساحة
