(+) Sea Paseo is a beautiful, luxury ferry at budget friendly prices. At the time of writing, 4,500 yen/ one-way for an adult. Travel time from Matsuyama to Hiroshima - almost 3 hours. (+) Great location, for the ferry and for sightseeing (+) The gateway to Hiroshima, Kure, and Nakajima (and other Kutsuna Islands) (+) Very clean and lots of places to wait, relax, or even take pictures. (+) Souvenir/ gift shops also have a limited variety of drinks and snacks.
*ADVICE: If you're departing before 10 a.m., the cafe on the 2nd floor is not open. Grab your breakfast & coffee before you arrive.
(+) The 2nd floor has an additional seating/ waiting area tucked in the corner. (+) UPDATE (Aug. 2021) The 99 cafe is no longer in service. It has changed to a different restaurant called Feu. See separate review for details.
