Nice service area with clean toilets, a small food stand (at least when we went through), an area for pets to play, and a great lawn ideal for kids to play and run around, providing...

カーナビやGoogleマップはＳＡとなっていますが、道路の標識はPAとなっていて混乱しました。でも、実際ここは駐車場と広場というか公園的なところが少し、そしてそれほど大きくはないトイレ設備。男性用の半分くらいは「仮設トイレ」でした。 それ以外は休業中なのか、潰れたのか、人のいないキッチンカーが一台設置されているだけだったので、まさにパーキングエリア。

島名や中央のイメージのＳＡを期待して入ると途方に暮れるので注意が必要です。 とはいえ、北海道らしい風景はじゅうぶんにあるの...

- 十勝平原PA（上り） - 道東自動車道の十勝平原PA（上り）です。 阿寒や足寄方面から来られた方の最初のPAです。 下りPAと同様、ドックラン、トイレ、自販機、とかちマルシェがあります。 とかちマルシェは下りよりも寂しい感じです。 利用者が少ないので仕方ないですかね。 電気式自動車の充電コーナーもあります。が、ガソリンスタンドはありません。 夕焼けがとても綺麗でした。 利用者（車）は少なかったです。 木々に巣箱が設置されています。 時期になると鳥さんがやって来るのでしょうね。
