One of the best beef katsudon I’ve ever had! The beef was tender and flavorful, with just the right amount of bite, perfectly complemented by a well-balanced, nuanced sauce and soft, airy bread. It was an unexpected gourmet delight in the heart of this small town near Aso.

We also tried the egg sandwich, orange soda, and truffle fries—each prepared with the same level of excellence as the katsudon. Every bite was a treat!

To top it all off, Rio, who served us, was an absolute joy—warm, enthusiastic, and clearly dedicated to his craft. His energy made the experience even more memorable.

Delicious! I was lucky enough to try one of their pizzas and spaghetti pasta. From the first bite to the last, I enjoyed every bit of the flavor. I must say, it’s not just the food that’s excellent—the owner and his wife were very kind. I was relieved that they spoke English haha.

The owner did something amazing for me: he extended the kitchen hours so I could arrive on time and enjoy their dishes. Also, the place itself is very peaceful—you can relax and enjoy nature.

If you're around Aso, there's no better Italian style than Italiasso! I highly recommend it!

Amazing Italian take-away restaurant surrounded by beautiful nature. We visited in winter, and as the day was sunny, we were able to sit in the garden with our kids and enjoy an unforgettable meal. They have a wide take-out selection which is excellent for a picnic in the surrounding national park. I particularly enjoyed the friendliness and warm service and the way we were treated was just memorable. I come from Italy and I really enjoyed this Italian restaurant.
