Very interesting that this huge rock is believed to have been moved to this cliff carried by a tsunami in the 1700’s. The area below is interesting to explore the rocky coast & caves. Easy access with clear signage from main road, free parking next to Torii gate in front of rock.

17ENDビーチへの道すがら看板が気になったので立ち寄ってみました。 ゴツゴツした大きな岩と鳥居がとても不思議な雰囲気でした。帯石の周りはぐるっと散策出来ます。裏の方は崖になっていて眼下には荒々しい海が見えました。 舗装された道を曲がると、帯石までは整備されておらずでこぼこの道だったので慎重に進んだ方が良いです。駐車場はありませんが、鳥居の前に駐車すれば大丈夫そうです。
