I have visited this place in summer. It is a very attractive and charming place. It is a old Buddhist temple ( Shakamuni branch). There is a ~1000 yrs. old Buddha statue. It is on a lotus flower. There is a statue of the guardian of the hell. The temple management is so kind and they expect many tourists. There is a very old bell also next to the temple. Currently they are not allowing you to touch the bell, however they will let you to touch after preservation in near future.

長南町に向かうとおりにポツンと現れる小寺。朱色の本堂が緑の木々と青空で映える。室町時代からの古刹らしい。名物の梵鐘があるが、柵に囲まれ良く見えない。寺院のなかにある仏像たちも陽の当たる時刻以外はきっと暗くて見えないだろう。そこそこ清掃はしているし、紹介するＱＲコードも貼ってるし、観光スポットのようで、しかしあまり力は入れてないような、不思議な寺院。

中山家範中山家範

室町時代は五山十刹につぐ諸山の地位を与えられていた、千葉秀胤創建と伝えられている古刹。弘長四年(1264年)銘のある、千葉県最古の梵鐘あり。鎌倉時代中期作と言われる木造釈迦如来及び迦葉･阿難像は、ガラス越しの見学。
