珍しい線路と直角に降りる遮断機がある 親鼻駅にもあるよ 自動券売機が無く昔ながらの駅員手売りの硬券が発売されてます 駅舎は場所が無いためホーム上にあります もちろんロータリーもありません そのため列車の発車時刻ギリギリだとホームに行けない場合がありますので時間には余裕をもちましょう 貨物列車が退避する時には構内踏切をふさいでしまうため荒川側からはしばらく渡れなくなります 駅近くには美味しい蕎麦屋さんがあります

初めて線路と垂直の踏み切りを見ました。 追記） 登山の帰りに久しぶりに再訪しました。無人ですが、交通系ICが使えるようになっています。 しかし、相変わらず都心から直ぐなのに渋い駅です。本数はそこそこあるので便利なことは便利です。

以前から気になっていた駅、道路に面した線路にある島式のホームは、踏切で線路を渡らないと行けない造りでなかなか風情があって良いかと思っています。 今回は雨乞山にハイキングに来ました際に利用しました。

初めて線路と垂直の踏み切りを見ました。 追記） 登山の帰りに久しぶりに再訪しました。無人ですが、交通系ICが使えるようになっています。 しかし、相変わらず都心から直ぐなのに渋い駅です。本数はそこそこあるので便利なことは便利です。

駅のホームが非常に狭いので、 転落しないように注意ください。 急行秩父路、SLパレオエクスプレスは、停車致しません。ご注意下さい。

鉄道撮影にはやや適している駅です。 貨物は、荒川側の通過・待機線に来ます。
