Prized as No.1 beach in Kyushu. The only beach in Kyushu that has received a special award from the Ministry of the Environment. You can enjoy swimming as a day trip but I strongly reccomend to stay cabin. e-mail is good for booking. Total 15 cabins available, 3 types, 4 or 7 persons are maximum capacity for stay. advanced payment is necessary for bank account. Shop and restaurant are available in area. so you don't need bring a lot. Need to bring towel and swimware at least. Local bus is easy way to reach, "Bound for Miyanoura(宮野浦)" number is 60 or 61, and get off at "Shimoaso(下阿蘇)" about 1hr from Nobeoka Station. 8 buses in weekday and 6...

Beautiful beach! Never thought it would be in a small town like Nobeoka. If you want to spend a relaxing day at the beach, don’t miss this place!

This place had very few people. It was nice to have the whole place to ourselves!

もう15年程昔かな？ 家族三人で、コテージ借り、まる２日遊びました。海も綺麗で、直ぐ側に川が流れていて、そこをせき止めて簡易プールにしてあり、小さな子供はそこで水遊び。ゆっくりとした時間を過ごせます。直ぐ横にはレストランもあり、新鮮なお魚料理を頂けます。今日は久しぶりに立ち寄ってみました。いつもは高速なんで、ここの下道は通りません。たまには、のんびりも良いものです。

九州No.1特選のビーチだけあって 景色も海水もとても綺麗でした。 海に入るには少し肌寒い時期に 訪れましたが、磯遊びもでき、岩と岩の間には 小さなお魚やヤドカリがたくさんいました。 少し深い岩場にはウニもチラホラ。 周りにはカフェやトイレもあり、とても快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 北浦インターからも近いので オススメです。
