北海道奥尻島最西限到着証明書を２００円で発行しています。条件は、北追岬に立つ「最西限標柱」の写真を提示する。です。「最西限標柱」が立つ北追岬公園へは、島バスでも行けます。私が、訪問した時は９月の日曜日でしたが、観光協会のHPを見たら祝祭日も窓口は営業します。となっていたので・・・でも待っても待っても窓口は開かず？？？　帰りのフェリーの時間もあるので業を煮やして、2階のお土産屋さんで尋ねると扱っていました。(^O^)　　証明書自体には不満はありませんが、観光協会の窓口の営業に対して（自分のHPで営業するとしていながら開けない）は強い不満のまま帰りざるをえなかったので「星２」としました。(-_-;)　うにまるが頑張っているのに大変残念です。
