I’ve never had such a frustrating experience with a dive shop. I simply asked whether there was a slot available for tomorrow, and instead of giving a clear yes or no, they insisted on calling me — just to avoid answering a basic question.
Even worse, I clearly stated multiple times that I could only do the activity on that specific day. After I paid, they suddenly told me the slot was full. Instead of offering a prompt refund, they kept pushing other time slots I had already told them I couldn’t attend.

Read moreI had such a wonderful experience at Heichao Dive. I had signed up for the scuba experience at the blue cave. Their shop location was at easy to access. Staff were helpful, and many of them spoke my language. I felt well taken care of. I had a Japanese dive master with me going open water. He was experienced and caring. He had looked after me and my wife so well. The same time he had taken so many pictures and videos of the whole process. The water was beautiful and so were the photos and videos. Read more建議重視潛水記錄、服務、第一次潛水的朋友看看、想清楚再來這家店,沖繩潛水要中文的其實有很多更好的選擇,青潛、Okidive、Okinawa Blue等等,沒必要選一家強調自己是中文來做賣點的店。 我來詳細說說我的糟糕體驗,最離譜的先講: 工作人完把我們背氧氣桶潛水的所有影片及照片全!部!刪!光!了!!我買的潛水組合是35000Yen青洞潛水+珊瑚礁浮潛二人項目,等了一天得到答覆只有罐頭式的抱歉和3000Yen的賠償,而且必須要我們自己到店去拿,地點離那霸至少1.5小時的車程,最後我們也懶得去拿,單純只有失望和憤怒而已。 教練直接把我們的珊瑚礁浮潛整個忘掉了,差點在完成青洞潛水後直接載回店裏,結果他們說安排不了所以直接變成重覆再去一次青洞浮潛,我們能理解出海不易當時也就算了。(其實就是他們項目的客人不夠沒船去另一個地點,把我們硬拉去青洞多一次,明明可以提早通知退款卻更要賺這個錢。) 最後所有項目都完了,我們理應是最早拿照片的,卻硬是被拖到全部客人都跑光才說輪到我們,白白浪費我們時間,結果原來是不想被其他客人知道弄掉了珍貴的潛水照片做的小動作。(我們也是出於對台灣人的好印象默默地等,等出這個結果真的傻眼。) 整個服務過程由咨詢一刻已是災難的開始:約好時間按排好行程後面卻說星期三員工定期集體訓練無法出海,給我換了個時間,我馬上改酒店,但網絡上從沒說過那一天不服務。(我猜是客人數不夠,想省出海成本的原因吧。) 發付款連結給我付錢卻連續發錯兩次錯誤的付款連結給我,要我反覆跟他們確認那個才對,重點是第三封郵件的截止付款時間是明天,郵件還不斷溫馨提示說他們客人很多,如果到期沒收到款項會取消預約噢。 通訊軟件的客服回覆極其緩慢1~2天以上,資訊不互通,常常弄錯東西,我們問騎機車怎麼停車,等了好多天才說要我們拍停車場,我們乖乖按指示照做,結果活動當天另一波客人直接爽騎機車進店停,工作人員還反問我們騎機車為甚麼要停在停車場,我整個傻眼。 問活動當天是否有地方放包包、洗浴,一直不回覆直到第二天我們出海了才回覆,搞得我們甚麼都不敢帶還要計劃好出完海怎麼辦做幾手準備,別人都化妝品帶好帶滿我們還要回酒店,對,就是沒任何資訊也沒有回覆。
如果要問為甚麼前面都那麼糟糕了,最後還要付款參加活動?主要原因是 基於過去對台灣人的好印象,還是堅信可能只是店裏忙不過來而已。(他們的另一個賣點是台灣人開的店。) 基於契約精神不想在靠近活動日才說不去。 Google上4.8評分(後面一查其實沖繩幾乎每一家潛水都在4.8以上更多的是5分,只是這家廣告打最大,網頁做得比較好而已,而且大部分人第一次潛水成功就很開心了,也沒機會對比其他店,很容易給高分。)
*結果就是我錯了,我猜測這家店就是請了一堆沒工作經驗的廉價工讀生來Working Holiday當工作人員,才導致這麼糟糕的服務還犯下致命的錯誤,為什麼我會知道?因為有個教練說他就是來Working...
