Fuwari Shibayama Rest Area — Local services in Shibayama

This area is made up of farmer’s market, a buffet style restaurant with a car park.

It’s a worthwhile place to come to and from what I understand, the local multi-party initiative to encourage tourists to check this place up and increase economical demands for local produce.

Unfortunately, this ends up as a local favourite hang out more than tourists because the place is simply inaccessible. And the local buses that ply this route from Narita airport T2 has a very Low frequency and to make matters worse, these buses do not accept suica.

I only got to know this place from the Narita stay and transit program that offers free...

Arrived here after it closed. Looks like a small road station. There is a small area for kids to play. The disabled toilet was locked after it closed. Wasn’t sire why but if you need to use it better to stop somewhere else. The closing time is 19:00 during...

野菜が生きてる！！新鮮でみずみずしい！！✨🙌✨

たまに行きます。 規模的には こじんまりとしていて あまり広すぎず、店内に入ったら その場から全体が見渡せちゃうくらいの 調度良い規模です。

野菜やお米、果物や お弁当、惣菜パン、飲み物、豆腐、お肉類などいろいろ売っています。

もつ煮込みなんかも冷蔵コーナーに 置いてました。

気にはなってるけど まだ買ったことないです。

ご当地のお土産のお菓子やチーバくんグッズも少しですが置いています。

あとは手作り布マスクなど。

とにかく野菜が素晴らしい！！ スーパーに売っているものとは 比べ物にならないくらい みずみずしく、野菜たちが 「買って！！」と語りかけていると 思えるくらい 見た目だけでおいしいと わかる感じです。

スーパーよりも安いのに スーパーよりも新鮮で 立派で生き生きとした野菜たち。

あれもおいしそう、 これもおいしそう、と カゴに入れるとすぐに数千円 言っちゃいますが🤭、まず失敗はないと 思います。😀

近所にあったら毎日でも通いたいくらい。

あと、モカのミックスの ソフトクリーム美味しかったです。

コーンが、モナカみたいな軽い感じの やつじゃなくて ワッフルみたいな格子状の模様アリの けっこう硬いタイプのコーンでした。
