I must say, holy cow. The products here are outstanding. Super friendly team and helpful for non-Japanese speakers. We visited twice during our journey in the local area. 5/5 do recommend. Easily some of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Hats off to 星空の黒牛加工・直売所

鶴居村のつるぼーの家でこちらの存在を知り、一度伺ってみたかったのですが、なんとか実現しました。 お店は黒を基調とした外観でとてもおしゃれで少し敷居が高く感じました💦 正直言って高級国産牛を普段から購入する事はなかったのでこちらでも焼き肉やステーキ用のお肉は初めから購入するつもりはなく、ハンバーグ用の挽肉とカレー用に牛すじ肉を買いました。 挽肉は注文してから挽いてくれるので粗挽きをお願いしました。牛すじに関しては初めから冷凍してあり500gになっています。 お肉の職人さん？が接客してくれるので、初めから一般的な接客は期待していませんでしたが、もう少し笑顔だと有り難かったです笑 なかなか遠くて普段は行けませんが品質も良く値段もお手頃だと思うので近くを通る時はクーラーバックを持参して行こうと思います。
