IKEA Fukuoka Shingu — Local services in Shingu

I’ll start with the food section first, since that is where we always go first when we go to Ikea. The best part about it is that they have Carlsberg beer, but since I’m always the “designated driver,” I have to wait until I get home to pop mine open. Alas! I usually get the Swedish Meatballs, which is a Scandinavian version of the old British meat, potatoes and peas routine. Here they add a bit of berry sauce to spice it up. I have to warn you, though: don’t go near the drink bar. Swedish coke tastes something like reindeer piss, colored brown to fool you. Coffee isn’t much better. Try the water, or if you’re in the mood, Lipton’s iced tea. Next, about the goods. When they’re all lined up on the shelves, the Ikea things look impressive. If you buy one and take it home, though, it looks like junk. Some kitchen things and lights may be OK, but don’t be tempted by the other stuff. Once in a while you might find a piece of furniture that works, but they harass you in the parking lot, and the guy doesn’t help you at all when you’re struggling to put it in your car. If you have kids, they may want to enjoy the kiddie land, which is free. However, it’s a popular hangout for the local yokels, so you may not get in. Our granddaughter waited for over an hour one Sunday, but she never got in. On a positive note, they have real Christmas trees. Stubby, but real. You have to get there early and line up, then go rummage through the bins. I got a fairly large one, and it opened up to fill our room with cheer. Their delivery service is the worst. They charged for the delivery and it was supposed to be dropped to the room of our apartment. Before purchasing the product we measured the height of the ceiling and it was perfectly ok for taking it inside the passage to the room. Before buying the product, we also confirmed whether they will bring it in diagonally (if required) or not. They said, they will. Once they brought the stuff today, the old man said it will not go inside the room because it will hit the ceiling. We said we measured already and it will go in. But he didn’t listen and dropped the product inside the apartment. After they left, we brought the product in the room without any trouble and it wasn’t even touch the ceiling at all. It’s so unfortunate that a brand like IKEA has the worst delivery service and even they charge for delivery, they don’t even complete it according to how they say. It’s a kind of extortion. Wow, this IKEA was one of the biggest IKEA places I have ever seen in my life. The food was exceptional and the service was also extremely friendly. Welcoming and helpful, the entire facility was extremely clean and all of the products displayed were fully visible and well-lit. I bought many items here today. And I will be taking them home to my family with a lot of glee and joy. Because I know that I care products are extremely good for you. The checkout process was extremely convenient. And I will definitely be coming back here again. Because it is so convenient and so great and there is. Tonda space and you do not have to worry about any issues with parking or waiting...
