なかた食品  で梅加工梅干しの工場見学と向いの直売店では梅酒、梅干し、物販が綺麗に陳列され試飲もありました。ロックや水割で呑みたいので原酒を求めました。

案内の要約⤵️ 高田梅にかけた情熱　昭和初期の南部郷では、色々な種類の梅が栽培されていましたが、　その多くは収穫が安定せず、収量も少ないことから、 もっと良い品種で収量の多い梅を栽培したいと考えていました。  旧南部川村 晩稲の高田貞楠氏が栽培していた「高田梅」の母樹から60本の穂木を切って譲り受けました。 (梅の木は接ぎ木で増やすのが一般的です。）

5年間にわたる栽培研究の結果、最優秀品種に「高田梅」が選定されました。 それ以来、小山氏の梅畑にその穂木を譲り受けに訪れる梅農家が 年々増加し、「高田梅」は村内一円に広まっていきました。 ぼんにろうめ...
