A lot of fun activities for your children to enjoy. I went on a Sunday at 13:00 with my family. It wasn’t very busy and my 4 year old was able to enjoy many different areas of exploration. Food court is pretty good with plenty of seats. Lockers are available for ¥100 (it is returned once you are done with the locker). Parents: there are massage chairs that are quite good. 15 minutes for ¥100. Make sure to keep an eye on your children, because I almost fell asleep in one.

I love this place, it's a little expensive but super fun. My son was all over the place here. It's perfect for an hour of family fun that's close by and easy to get to and get in. Out your shoes in a locker (free) and go play! They even have a food court area and special baby play areas as well.

初めて利用しましたが思っていたより何倍も広く半日楽しめました。 日曜日の昼から利用しましたが当日支払いでも入場時に待つこともなくスムーズで広いからかそんなに混んでいる感じもなく物によっては多少、待たないと遊べないものもあったけど基本的には皆さんマナーが良く自由に遊べてとても良い施設でした。 確かに店員さんが見回りをしてくれたりするわけではないから親が放置タイプの子どもに運悪く関わってしまって嫌な思いをする事もあるのかなとは思いました。 個人的に嫌だなと思ったのは、ずらーっと並んでるビニール製の滑り台達が登りと下りがそれぞれ反対側になっているのにぐるーっっと一周しないと(一緒に登って滑らない限り)向こう側に簡単にいけないつくりになっているので何度も子どもを見失う事が多く、走り回ってる子どもも多かったのでケガが心配でした、、 あと砂場コーナーがサラサラの冷たい砂で触っていて楽しかったけどどこもかしこも毛髪だらけでちょっと気持ち悪かった、、笑 掃除ってどうしてるんだろう？ てかあの砂はある程度期間決めて入れ換えたりしてるのだろうか？？と。 あとは他の方も複数書いてますが課金系が結構多い感じでした。 屋台やクレーンゲームやちょっとした乗り物、入り口からロッカー&靴入れ近くの駄菓子コーナー等々。 まぁでもゲームは結構取りやすい感じだったし(実際そんなにお金をかけずに景品GET出来ました) 他のもの達もそんなに高っ！って思うものは特になかったからたまに来る分には楽しく利用すればいいんじゃないかなぁと個人的には思いました。 店員さんの接客も入場からイベント(今だとハロウィン)参加や退場まで、どの方もとても感じが良かったです。 料金は大人も子どもも一律の休日料金だったので¥1800×４＋初めての利用で年会費¥350もかかったので¥7550でした。 アプリで子どもの誕生日月登録すると誕生月はその子どもの利用分は無料になります。 (確認できるものを持参する必要有り) なかなか楽しかったのでおすすめです(*^^*)

平日なのに、土日料金体制の「特別営業日」があることを、わかりやすくホームページのトップ上部や料金システムの欄に記載すべき！ わかりにくく書いてあります！

2022年12月5日(月)に受付までいきました。 事前にホームページをみて、料金システムをクリックして、平日の15時以降ならトワイライトパックで安い料金で遊べることがわかり、他の施設とも比較してお得だったのでこちらを選びました。

我が家は3人姉妹の5人家族なので、普通にいくと親も合わせてすごい金額になってしまうので、普段こういう施設には連れていけません。この日は運動会をがんばったご褒美として、特別に連れていきました。

ちょうどトワイライトパックの始まる15時に到着するように時間をうまく調整しながら向かい、施設が見えてくると子供たちの目もキラキラ。 はやくはやくと受付へ。

そしたらトワイライトパックはないと。 そして今日は特別営業日なんで土日料金ですと。振替休日の保育園が多いからとかなんとか。

家族5人で4750円のつもりが→8000円。

「あぁそうなんですか、、」 と会計進みそうになったけど、、、 なんか腑に落ちません。

こちらは事前にホームページの料金システムちゃんとみて、平日料金と土日祝日料金と文言もちゃんとみて、お得に入れるようにトワイライトパックをねらってわざと遅くきてるのに、受付まできて「特別営業日なんで」の一言で料金跳ね上げられたら、、、この料金払うんだったら朝イチでたっぷり遊べるようにきますよ。

受付の方の態度も褒められたものではありませんでした。

こちらはきちんと調べてきているのに受付で料金あげられるのは不親切ではないかとホームページにきちんと記載すべきではないのですか？と伝えると、受付の方はこちらが話している途中なのにインカムでブツブツ話し始めました。

すぐさま上司の方がきて、同じことをもう一度伝えさせてもらうと、 「ホームページの営業日カレンダーにちゃんと書いてありますよ。」と、さもこちらの不注意のような言い方。

料金システムのところではなく、トップページの下の方のカレンダーが12月5日だけ緑色になっていて、特別営業日だと記載ありました。

料金のこと調べたいので料金システムのところクリックしますよね。特別営業日料金があるならそういう日もある旨や営業カレンダーをチェックしてほしい旨を「料金システムのところ」に記載しますよね。

祝日でもない普通のシンプルな月曜日は「平日」だと思いますよね。

ホームページの隅々まで見なくてはわからないのはとても不親切だと思いました。

都合の悪いことは小さくわかりづらいところに書くみたいな。 そして書いてありますよと。 この手に引っかかって仕方なく予定より多くの金額を支払っている方、他にいらっしゃると思います。

上司の方も「上のものに伝えておきます」としか言いませんでした。

さすがにここから8000円払う気になれず、不親切さにテンションが下がり切ってしまい、帰ることにしました。

大きな施設を目の前に目をキラキラ輝かせていた3人娘はギャン泣き。 ごめんねごめんねと言いながら車に帰りました。

受付目の前まで子供ときたら「入らざるをえない」ことをわかって、わざとやっていると思ってしまいました。

これって理不尽なクレームですか？ 器が小さいでしょうか？

Great area for your kids to go crazy. Lots of activities and the admission price is reasonable. For a family of four for all day passes it came out to 7,500 yen. Although it was super fun the area is quite dirty and it got pretty crowded. So crowded that once as I was going through the inflatable maze someone's sweat rubbed off on me from one of the walls. Also, there were people's hairs inside...
