I have ordered two pkt 5kg Keeri samba on July 18th , one is right now consuming but there are many gullos (insects) inside. I tried various ways to remove insects,but it was useless, I am wondering whether throw rice into garbage.. My total order was worth 14712¥ and if I put rice into garbage , value of rice only is 5990¥ going to lost..this is big amount of money ,when you convert into Srilankan rupees it is almost nearly Rs 18000/=, before deliver order they told it was new rice and new stock came last time with 25kg pkts of keeri samba from srilanka and they pkt 5kg of Rice, out of 25kg pkt of rice, So no label or expired date on pkt, I was previously also complained about similar Incident and thinking whether complain about this..I decided to inform and reply was you have to complain as soon as goods received. Your order is guaranteed to be messed up and you will not get all that you ordered. They simply substitute any product with the same price. Total insanity. My order of 10 items had two totally different items from what I ordered on line.

Other issues were the cans were badly dented, the bottle caps were coated in dust. Packing was bad with heavy cans over biscuit packs.
