与論島の赤崎海岸は、透明度がとにかくすごい海が広がる場所です。 水の透明さが信じられないくらいで、足元の砂や魚までくっきり見えます。 岩やサンゴの景色も美しく、海を眺めながらゆっくり過ごすだけで癒されます。 まさに「楽園」と呼ぶにふさわしい場所で、与論島に来たら絶対に訪れてほしいスポットです。

与論島の東区にあるビーチです。 ビーチの入り口に、アクセサリー屋、かき氷屋、トイレがあります。 駐車場はそこまで広くありませんが問題ないでしょう。 ビーチ自体の広さはそこまでではありませんが、大金久海岸よりも人が少ないので楽しめると思います。

与論島の東区にあるビーチです。 ビーチの入り口に、アクセサリー屋、かき氷屋、トイレがあります。 駐車場はそこまで広くありませんが問題ないでしょう。 ビーチ自体の広さはそこまでではありませんが、大金久海岸よりも人が少ないので楽しめると思います。

シュノーケリングセットを宿に置いていたので潜れなかったが、岩場が岸の近くまで見られる地形だ。珊瑚がついているかは未確認なので是非次回は潜ってみたい。入口にはシャワーが設置されているのと、すぐ隣の麦屋漁港には休憩できる場所があるので使い易い。

9月の干潮から3時間位後に訪れました。 浜は砂地ではなく珊瑚なのでビーチコーミングするのには向いてると思います。 入水後はすぐに足が着かなくなりました。 全体的に海底は砂で覆われて、グレーぽい色味。100mほどしか沖に出ない範囲ではあまり魚がいませんでした。 与論島の海は100m以上泳いだ辺りの方が珊瑚があり魚もいると思います。 ここは島の南側に位置してますし、訪れたのが9月で南風の季節だったので、もろに風の影響を受けました。私は波酔いしてしまい早々と切り上げました。 シュノーケル目的でしたら、もっと沖に出た方が良いのかもしれません。 夏は北側の海岸での遊泳をお勧めし...
