外観の写真撮影はオッケーですが、中の見学は不可でした。^_^; 遊佐町には、もう一つ『 月光蒸留所 』があります。月光蒸留所（ 山形県酒田市にある楯の川酒造さんが親会社 ）は、いずれ…ビジター棟を建てるようです（ 2023年12月上旬時点では未完成でした。）ので、遊佐蒸留所さんも少人数制で見学出来るようになると良いですね。 これからは、海外で評価が高いジャパニーズウィスキーを輸出する時代ですので、ますます頑張って頂きたいです。

山形県民にはお馴染みの焼酎｢爽やか金龍｣の株式会社 金龍が遊佐蒸溜所でウイスキーをつくっています。現在は蒸溜所見学に対応していないので外観を拝見しました。甘い香りが漂ってました。 また、ここから見える鳥海山がとても綺麗でした。 今年の11月からYUZA Third Editionがリリースされるようですので、こちらも楽しみです。YUZAは今でもなかなか手に入りにくいんですが。。
