A must try experience.... Lots of positive things and lots of negative as well... lets see..
To start with positives: nice and well built the cars are new, spacious and clean the trip is nice, music inside cabin, breath taking views. -they added a few kiosks and food outlets at both stations
The negatives: DO NOT GO DURING ANY EID HOLIDAY... we did that mistake and actually ruined our experience... long queue not organized at all... agroup of "gangstars" came at the end of queue and refused to stay in line and actually cut it and started a fight with the people waiting in queue for hours ... while the police men just looking and laughing😟😟.... no security at all ..no need for police if they are just audience. And the organizers/ workers/ security guards did nothing, when i complained to the security guard he said it is our duty inside not outside.... what a reply... it is because of you the line keeps growing outside... you must get people inside and but them in line and in order using metal guard rails or any other civilized method - if any works with this nation - not keeping them outside at the ramps and stairs like homeless people waiting at your door step... you did all this investment and you can not keep and organize a waiting line!!!! What a shame.
toilets are dirty.... like any other public toilets in our beloved country... people behaviour and dirty mind set of not respecting the other users... poor janotors.. keep working all day.
Anyway... the experience itself worth...

Instead of another stupid big loud obnoxious mall, they took advantage of the scenery and created an attraction that is in harmony with the place. Just a cable car that showcases the beauty of Jordan and Ajloun specifically. Very organized, which says a lot about attractions in Jordan. We went early Friday morning, and we were the first to enter. Everything was a breeze. Enjoyed the ride a lot. Kids had a blast. The only thing that I did not like was a sort of street vending wars. One guy had a music setup playing the lute attached to loud speakers, and another guy about 50 feet away was trying to get people (mostly women) to do a tiktok video with a rotating tripod where you stand the and phone does a 360 while singing to music. That guy also had a loud music setup. When approached and asked to lower the volume of his equipment, he said that he needed the music loud to attract attention, because he also wants to make a buck. Fair enough, but without having this somehow managed, it will ruin the experience for a lot of people as it did ruin the experience for all of us. Blurting loud music is unfortunately common in Jordan. Went to a local theme park and the music was so loud we had to leave quickly. Telefric Ajloun is 5 stars though!...
Read moreIt’s concerning that there are four different locations listed for the place, even though there are only two gates, which essentially means two locations. This confusion is frustrating for everyone trying to figure out where to go. When we arrived, the security informed us that this specific gate was strictly for online tickets. This led to a situation where we had to move to another gate due to the online ticketing system offering discounts but requiring a physical presence for validation. This caused us to head to the second gate, which only added to the confusion because of the inconsistent information across four Google Maps listings.
When we finally reached the correct location, we were quite surprised by the disorganization. The crowd waiting was huge, especially for the cable car, which had a surprisingly low capacity. The long wait time for such a short ride was unexpected, and frankly, frustrating. The overall crowd management seemed inadequate for the demand.
I’m writing this review not just to criticize but with genuine hope that these issues will be addressed. Our country is beautiful, and the cable car offers a stunning experience, but improvements are needed to make it as enjoyable as...
