1 star is even too high for such customer service. I Paid 50 JDs with the hope to spend some nice time with the kids, only to discover that most of the arcades don't work, or have limited functionality and the ones that work don't issue tickets.
What was supposed to be fun time for the kids ended up with frustration and watsed time and money. I explained the situation to a staff memeber and I asked for a refund, since I am not really getting the value after all.
To my surprise, I was told it was against company policy to issue a refund and they offered to have an operator walk with me to help operate those arcades that don't work. The superviser who they called on, kept repeating herself without offering a resolution other than having someone walk with me to check on the machines, to which I objected as I am not there to check on machines and go on rounds. Hence, I pushed back and demanded to talk to a manager. The person who came did not speak Arabic and reemphasised again that they have a no refund policy. When I asked him to show me such policy CLEARLY showing in the place, especially around the cashier who collect the money, he was only able to reference a tiny text on the play card, which was absurd! I mentioned that I only got the card AFTER I paid and not before, he again stressed that issuing a refund is against company policy. He insisted that I show them which arcades don't work and he and an operator walked with me only to see for themselves that many arcades don't work, they blamed the customers who don't have a good handle of the machines!!!
After I demonstrated my case, I was expecting that theh would come to reason and issue me a refund, but they still refused to give me back my money, and to add insult to injury, the manager offered that I sell my card to customers walking in, i.e. stand and sell for them and trick customers like I was tricked!!!! After that the supervisor and the manager disappeared and left me alone with the operator who was not able to offer any help, and kept blaming the customers for the faulty arcades!
If not for personal circumstances and commitments that required me to leave, I would have stayed and made sure other customers dont fall for the same scam I fell in.
In my view, Galaxy Park owes me money, 50 JDs to be exact. And they should even compensate me for having to waste valuable time during my limited vacation in Jordan and to give my kids such a terrible experience. What's worse really, is leaving my kids with such an impression of bussiness dealings and customer service in Jordan, and it sadness me that this will be what they remember of their visit... this is truly customer service...

You scan your cards several times and the game doesn't start leading you to loose your money, when you claim that to customer service they plam you for that and do nothing at all!! When you talk to the duty manager he is completely useless and offers no help. At one point the entire place goes of power and when you asked about that you will be told that the power will be restored after 5 minutes but actually it takes more than 15 minutes and of course your money is gone.
