Our stay at this camp was unacceptable. We felt uncomfortable and unsafe due to the camp's poor hygiene and horrible service.

The tent was small, dirty, and worn out, there was no hot water not even warm water for showering. The bedding was unclean and no mosquito nets over the beds, and we found plenty of mosquitoes and spiders inside the tent.

However, the most despairing part was the food hygiene and staff response. We saw flies and even a cockroach around the serving area and inside the plates and drinks. When I showed them a coffee cup that had flies in it, they were incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing, they lied and tried to claim the flies were "cloves". Then snatched the cup to destroy the evidence and laughed at us. Luckily, I had already taken photos as proof.

This camp is a health hazard. The combination of dirty facilities, lack of basic amenities, terrible food hygiene, and shockingly rude staff made this the worst part of our trip to Kenya. Avoid this place...

We had an amazing time at Amboseli discovery camps. Its a great basis for exploring Amboseli The location is great and the view on Mount Kilimanjaro is beautiful. The tents are very confortable with all commodities, more like glamping than camping. The atmosphere is very peaceful and elephants come nearby to dri k water from the watering hole. Swimming pool looks super nice but we didn't have time to go as it was cold when we finished safari. The staff was super friendly and helpful and it was great getting to chat to them. Special thank to Joseph that truly made our stay amazing. Food is very nice, for me it was amount the best we had during safari, the only downside is that its not really local food, more like international cuisine. Overall I would really...

Everything is great in this camp! Location. The camp is not inside the park, so you don't have to pay extra to enter the park to stay at the camp. It's a 10-15 minute drive to the main gate. It's located in a quiet, beautiful place surrounded by acacias. Right opposite the camp's observation deck there is a water hole where wild animals come all day long: zebras, antelopes, warthogs, giraffes and elephants! One day during lunch, Craig the elephant even came here - one of the last representatives of his species. A "super-tusker" elephant with tusks weighing over 50 kg each, and perhaps one of the most famous elephants alive today. And all this with a view of the majestic Kilimanjaro. Food. Everything was always very tasty. Many thanks to the chef! Staff. It was nice to talk to everyone, everyone can tell you a lot of interesting facts about the local animals. We were also very pleased with the walk with giraffes and zebras, the guide services on the safari, which were organized for us in the camp. Many thanks to the whole camp team. We enjoyed every minute...
