Really nice playground but the staff is to imature and unprofessional they speak to elders as if they want to kill them, they set rules which they can not manage as age requirements and non grown ups areas, on their signs they say they will accompany the children but they don't so a parent feels forced to walk into certain areas in order to look after their own children, only to be spoken to by the workers in the worst tone possible. The manager was a bit nicer and the place itself has great potential, but needs a few adjustments in staff behaviour, also our jacket was lost/ stolen and it hasn't been reported back to us about it despite the locker room being camera monitored. The locker don't have keys, either they're lost or just not being put back in place regardless bringing your belongings into the place is another minus. I'd give it 5/5 if it wasn't for...

Extremely rude staff, brought an open coca cola that ordered and it was warm , i asked to return it he said "No, you already opened it" i requested he return it because it was warm he still refused i went to the bar to return it and the same one asked if you want ice for it , i said no i just want to return it and just placed it there and went back to my seat, after 2 minutes he brought another one that was unopened and cold, after that it was 9:30pm and we wanted to order food, he said no can do the kitchen closes at 10pm (it was still 9:30pm) and overall the place is horrible do not go near it. This is a one of a kind play place. I love how spacious it is, all the different stations for kids both young and old, as well as the variety of coffee shops and restaurants on the premises for parents to work or have dinner, etc. It is the perfect place for a kids birthday party or just to meet friends with your kids.

One big suggestion I have is for the music to be turned down. It doesn't need to be so loud. It feels like a club when you're there, and it hinders from the experience. The main thing you can hear is this loud music. Everything else gets drowned out. Please turn down for a much more...
