I am an American citizen, my wife is from Nepal. I have worked all over the world. I have been to several embassies. At this time I am working in Kuwait for the MOI. I had to go to the Nepal Embassy in Kuwait. Counselor room #6 to be exact. I was very polite, I have never been treated so RUDELY in my life. The counselor advised me to not talk or address her, I was only to talk to my wife while in the room with the counselor. The lady spoke very good english but absolutely refused to talk to me. She made my wife set there and interpret everything being said. She was the most rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. She informed my wife that the only way to get anything (such as Embassy stamp) from the embassy was to go back to Nepal. It was not about what I needed It was how rudely I was treated from the start. Hopefully anyone going there will have better results than I had. I ended up having to get a lawyer in Nepal to go to the Embassy to get a stamp.
