ITECC Mall — Local services in Vientiane Capital

Shops here are mediocre. Not many shops that sell anything eye catching. There is Sky Supermarket located at the basement level which is the largest grocery store that I’ve seen here in Vientiane selling a variety of things. I mainly come to ITECC for Sky Supermarket. More vendor shops at basement level as well selling low priced apparel. If you take the escalator to the second floor, make a left, and go straight, it will lead you to the above ground walkway which takes you to the building across where there are lots of vendor stalls. Shopping for apparel is better here as there is more of a variety. There is also a food court located in this building as well. On the outside, there is the one and only waterpark. Parking here at the ITECC center is very easy. However when exiting, it can get a bit confusing as you may take an exit that will lead you to oncoming traffic coming into ITECC. ITECC Mall est absolument immense – et c’est clairement LE centre commercial à visiter en priorité à Vientiane. Il est composé de deux bâtiments distincts - espacés d’une centaine de mètres - détail important, car j’ai malheureusement oublié d’explorer le second 😩😭. Mais j’ai passé plus de trois heures dansLe premier bâtiment (facilement repérable avec son parking jouxtant un Starbucks) et il est déjà très complet. Le dimanche, c’est blindé, mais très joyeusement 🤣😍 les familles, les jeunes, tout le monde s’y retrouve - et on sent que les Laotiens adorent revenir ici, c’est un peu la grande distraction dominicale. Malgré la foule, la circulation reste fluide et agréable dans les allées spacieuses. Personnellement, je trouve l’ensemble bien mieux structuré que le Morning Market Center ! D’ailleurs, on y trouve aussi de nombreuses petites boutiques et stands, certaines même plutôt luxueuses - avec des prix vraiment intéressants si l’on cherche un peu, et bien sûr la possibilité de négocier. Je suis venu à trois semaines d’intervalle - et chaque fois, il y avait un festival de nourriture à l’entrée - avec 50 à 60 stands très variés. Et quand il pleut dehors, venir ici devient encore plus génial. Well lets start, is just a big 3erd world country shopping mall, not so fancy with some nice stores, lots of people, something our malls don't get in the US. But anyways, we in Laos, and the best thing they have here is there Food, go basment and turn left, all the way down, go good!
