DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE SERVICE!

Avoid at all cost. Extremely rude staff, I have never been treated like that in my life going to the restaurant. It's like we came to ask them for a loan or something, then being their customers. We were party of 7, 4 adults and 3 kids. We couldn't sit outside as it was raining. We went inside - all the tables were for 4 people only. My brother moved two seat table together with the bigger one, then asked waitress standing nearby if that's ok, to which she mumbled back that it's not allowed. When we asked them how are we supposed to sit together, we were told we should use 2 separate tables! Then other waitress came and started shouting that we are not supposed to do that and it's not allowed. She then threw the menu on our table. At that point we were leaving as it was clear from their attitude that they do not need customers. My brother then wanted to take the two seat table back where it was, when the waitress started shouting rude comments again that it's prohibited to do so.

Before leaving I wanted to speak to a manager, who was not available (Friday 1 pm). Instead I spoke to a young female worker, who came out from the kitchen, who was apologetic and remorseful about their other colleagues. She has reassured me that she will pass on my feedback to the manager - smth tells me it won't happen.

I truly hope their attitude was not just based on the fact we spoke Russian, if it is so, well then their service not only extremely unprofessional but...

Located at the entrance of the park Mezaparks. Average prices, very tasty cheesy pizza, alcohol drinks available. Friendly staff. Atmosphere I give it only 3 stars as the toilet is really dirty in 2 aspects, 1st it should be cleaned more often, it looks overused, 2nd too many spiders inside and it makes it look in bad shape. Another point to work out is, there was a company of immigrants who arrived there not consuming anything but only smoking cigarettes, they were far away from us but still near from other families. I think administration should have remark to this kind of people to behave or to leave for the comfort of other families who might not be comfortable with smokers and who are actually consuming at the cafe. I cannot tell anything about food, we couldn't have a chance to try. After 25 min sitting and waiting a waiter we decided to leave. The staff looked like all visitors are not clients but someones who came to eat for free. Come on, you need to be more friendly, serve drinks in few minutes, and cook quickly. Don't say people they need to wait pizza an hour, after 20-30 min of waiting a waiter. If you cannot provide pizza in 15-20 minutes, reduce amount of tables, or get another cook or oven.
