Its a very amazing spot, you see most of the lebanese territory at this spot. Situated in Faraya, a mountain village and tourism hotspot in Mount Lebanon's Keserwan District, at an elevation between approximately 1,200 and 2,000 meters .

The statue stands atop Jabal El Salib (Mount of the Cross) near Mount Chabrouh, with stunning views over the valleys and surrounding peaks . Designed by Lebanese sculptor Nayef Alwan, based on specifications from Elie Salame, whose son recovered miraculously from meningitis after surgeries in July 2016 .

A beautiful religious place on top of the mountain. It was installed in 2017. The road is hard to take since it is a climbing one with no barriers, so a little scary and dangerous for beginner driver. The view is breathtaking on sunset but also cold even in summer. A jacket or wrap is needed and light shirts are not recommended. The site is still under construction so there is lot of dust and facilities as toilets are primitive. But in whole the visit is worth for religious people and nature...
