Palagio Resort — Local services in Mansouri

I would have given it 5 stars , although the restaurant needs better managment, nonetheless different chef. It happened we spent a night where there was a wedding, the only restaurant in the resort had to stop serving the residents, as the my don’t have the capacity to service the wedding. As to the breakfast, it was served late by a single waitress, serving 4 families, the worst thing is that there was a well dressed, managerial looking guy, who decided to smoke his cigarette, and making sure he gathers employees for a meeting but not considering the priority to service the current need.

The pool is amazing, water is nice, and water slides are great fun, but the pools were not overlooked by a professional guard, neither there were signs of safety.

At the checkout, we were asked to pay but not offered the invoice.. they didn’t mean any harm, but I found that the bill was not right, which they corrected, but we had to waste an hour there.

As to the rooms, they are good, but they should have hired an architect with the knowledge of basic needs for...

Overrated place, noisy place, pool was dirty, there no private beach on resort, it is a puplic beach, also there is no service on beach or chair because it is a puplic beach, no ready chair or umbrella you should ask some one to prepare it for you that is made to give him tips, Al's the serves was very very slow, the price was very high, I did not recommend this place spically on weekends, because that was...

Nice for kids, but will never recommend for adults, as you can see in the description “public beach” beach is not even available the gate is closed, so you will be paying too much money only to stay by the pool, and they dont even tell you about this before you pay… liars and unprofessional!
