Cette petit île Nosy Lonjo, aussi appeler "pain de sucre" est un site sacré pour la population local. Il est interdit d'y mettre les pieds. Avec une hauteur de 120 mètre elle domine la rade d'Antsiranana. Le vendredi, le samedi et le lundi les populations autochtones vont se baigner et se purifier en face de Nosy Lonjo sur la plage.
