I HAD A SUPERB EXPERIENCE HERE.

On Fri 26th Jan, me and my family went there. i forgot my hp in the play area. i came back 30 min later to see it gone. the staff were very helpful. they checked the CCTV footage and saw the child who took it. They immediately recognised the family, and remembered which form / name it was (attention to detail!) and tried to contact the lady. When that failed, they went the extra mile to look for the family within the mall, since my app shows that my phone is still within the mall.

Yanie, Erin and the guy who was already off the clock but spotted the family in supermarket, much kudos to you for your excellent care and service.

We will definitely be coming back and recommend others as we feel much assured we will be well...

Kidzoona itself is good but today at Bandar Dato Onn here really bad experience i met. The person service really need to improve. The working attitude if in big company already been fire. Too slow motion as she serve 1 customer infront me already more than spend 10 mins, i don't understand why can be so slow, just fill in form key in some info take so long time? Behind still few people queeing also no open 2 counter, they hv 4 worker there but no one help to make things faster... One more, the floor very dirty, should clean it. If wear white stocking will...

Our first time here. For RM30 per child below 12yo (weekend; free entry for one adult), it's a pretty comprehensive play area - ball pit, trampoline, blocks and magnetic tiles, sand play, and pretend play.

Remember to wear socks (including accompanying adults) or you can purchase them at the counter. You'll also need to purchase a membership card (RM2). I was informed the card does not expire if used within the same year.
