FRUSTRATED AND DISSAPOINTED.

I've been trying to call and get in touch with the PIC (specifically for the department of PHEDNP) on drone permit application. 1st of March is where this "calling-chasing nightmare" begin.

The general line ( 088-369000) is contactable but the PIC (088-369427/369419/369427) are missing in action since 1st of March 2023 [I can mention the P.I.C name if I want too but I dont do it out of respect]. How is that possible? Call them more than 10 times a day but now answer, email them at the first place but no reply at all. They keep passing from one number to another one but end up in general line number. They requested to send the application physically to their offices, okay that is fine. I have sent it physically but still, after 1 week no reply at all?

Imagine I am someone who is not from Kota Kinabalu. What if i am from interior division? Why I need to send it all the way to KK when nowadays there is this thing called "EMAIL"?. To be honest, all of their email are just for display purposed, because they never reply.

They told me their telephone line (for the whole building except general line) broke down for almost 2-3weeks and now still fixing. For god sake, the most iconic and important building of all government agencies are unreachable. Telephone line cannot be reach? It is fine, but at least reply the email :).

Please improve your efficiency and services. If it is necessary, please send the staff to a "how to answer your phone and email" workshop so they can...
