Sabah State Education Department — Local services in Borneo

To may it whom concern. I am yemeni citizen holder ,i was so much interested when i hear about education in malaysia and sabah,but unfortunately i have been to kinabalu commercial college which they call KCC. And i have paid all my fees. And i have been two years requiring my certificate from the college ,but until now no respond from the college. And the principle if that college had block me so i have no way to contact the college. I have asked so many Malaysian what should i do. They told me i just have to make report to the education department and they will satisfy anything .So i am making report. And i hope the education department ambil tindakan terhadap kolej tersebut.
