In September, I engaged the services of this establishment to have seat covers fitted to my vehicle. Regrettably, the experience proved deeply unsatisfactory. During the installation process, one of the staff members—an elderly gentleman—fractured the outer trim panel of the front passenger seat while attempting, rather crudely, to pry it open with a screwdriver. Although I was seated nearby and not observing their every movement, I distinctly heard the sound of cracking plastic. When I approached to investigate, I observed the staff member surreptitiously attempting to conceal the damage. At first, I could not ascertain precisely what had been compromised, but upon his temporary absence to fetch tools, it became evident that the outer cover panel had indeed been broken. His subsequent attempt to reinstall it proved ineffective, and rather than rectifying the damage appropriately, he resorted to fastening the panel with double-sided adhesive tape. When I pointed out to another staff member that the panel remained insecure, the response was not an offer of a proper remedy but the application of yet more tape. At that moment, I began to suspect that such makeshift concealments were not an isolated occurrence but rather a habitual means of obscuring mistakes from unsuspecting customers. Shortly thereafter, I was hurried to the payment counter in what seemed a deliberate effort to forestall further discussion. Were I less inclined to avoid confrontation, I would have insisted upon either a proper repair or, at the very least, a commensurate reduction in cost. Unfortunately, pressed for time by other obligations, I acquiesced and paid RM450, albeit with considerable reluctance and a sense of injustice, fully aware that my vehicle had been compromised through no fault of my own. To prospective customers, I would strongly counsel caution before entrusting your vehicle to this shop. While the seat covers themselves were fitted to a tolerable standard, the cavalier handling of the damage—and, more significantly, the manifestly unprofessional attempt to obscure it—render the service wholly unacceptable. Should you proceed, I would urge you to avoid the aforementioned installer in particular. In conclusion, I will not be patronising this establishment again. The experience has left me not only disillusioned but also compelled to incur additional expense in procuring a replacement panel, thereby remedying a deficiency created entirely by...
Read moreSCAMMY. LACK OF TRANSPARENT WITH THE PRICE ‼️ I DONT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS SHOP ‼️
I contacted this shop back in February 2025 to ask about an Android player. They sent me a promotion, RM179 with a reverse camera. Sounds like a good deal (and honestly, I’m a jusy a girl and I’m a dummy in car-related stuff), so I agreed to come, thinking RM179 was the final price.
When I arrived, I told them I wanted the RM179 promo. The guy started installing right away without explaining any other charges. While waiting, he came to me saying I needed an “Android casing”, add RM90. Okay, fine. A few minutes later, he said there’s an installation fee of RM180. I was reluctant but agreed since the job was already halfway. Then again, he came back and said I also needed a socket, add RM80. At that point, I felt trapped because they were already in the middle of installation.
End result: instead of RM179, I ended up paying RM529.
To make it worse, the quality is bad. The reverse camera came loose just a few weeks after installation. And now, in September 2025 (7 months later), the Android player keeps shutting down and restarting. Super frustrating!
If you cannot provide a good quality Android player, at least be transparent with your pricing. Do not lure customers with cheap promos only to pile up hidden charges after installation has already started. Really disappointing experience. Never...
Read moreI recently had a reverse camera installed on my car, and it was honestly a very disappointing experience. The installation was not only poorly executed, but it also left my vehicle looking less than professional. As seen in the image, the camera placement feels like an afterthought not aligned well and looks awkward right under the logo. It’s exposed and doesn’t blend into the design at all.
What’s worse is the overall fit and finish. There was no care taken to make it look clean or OEM like. I expected a seamless install, especially since it’s such an important feature for safety, but instead, I got something that looks like a rushed job. For the time and money spent, I definitely expected better.
I’d strongly recommend others double-check the reputation and quality of the installer before committing. A reverse camera should add value and convenience not frustration and regret. I was charge RM 160 for only installation (upah...
