The management indeed need to have improvements. We made appointment 1 day before for renting the bicycles at 5.30pm, and the PIC said ok. When we reached the place (before 5.30pm), seeing a lots of people already taken the bicycles & left not many choices for us, nobody was assisting us, I thought the purpose for making appointment is to reserve the bicycles ? The FB page also mentioned to make appointment before coming, but it’s meaningless.

Fine, we finally found some bicycles that still in better conditions and got a hand drawn map from the owner, after listening to the advices given, we started our journey. At first it was quite ok, able to cycling following the map given, and our target for this time was to viewing sunset from Pantai Malindo. There’s no signboard along the roads, what we could rely on is only the hand drawn map, where we also not sure whether we’re in the right place on the map, as we first time came to this place.

We followed the map given looking for Pantai Malindo, but the map brought us to 荷兰. We met a random runner on road and he told us we should’ve to go another way, so we followed his instruction + asking people around and finally found the place to view a beautiful sunset.

The three stars given was because of the sunset & unique experience, but the bicycles & Management indeed to need be improved. We told him need to have signboards along the roads to show direction to people, and also one of the bicycles already broken (broken bearing), but he just brush us off and pushing the broken bicycle back to the place to let next group of people to choose lol.

If we were to come back again for the scenery, it’s ok as we already knew the directions, but for first timer please take...

It's a place where u get close to nature and tasty food put together. This place is situated at a hill call balik pulau in penang. Visiting nature places in groups on bicycle and guide is something u look forward to at this place . After this activities, u can have some good local delicacies such as hokkien prawn mee, laksa, lor bak ( google for info and pic ) , special cooling drinks are sold here too such as barley juice with blue flower. Another highlight of this place is the shop name call - number 3 mummy - selling home cook dishes and fresh sea food at a very very affordable price. Fish, Prawns, Crabs, mussels, oysters,u name it, they cook it. In the morning, u can go to the nearby beach call pantai pasir panjang and the balik pulau town, goat farms, laksa janggus etc etc. After that head there at 3 pm and go for the sight seeing activities there, after finish, have ur dinner and head home. Good one whole day activities at...

Came here to try lei cha and stinky tofu, both not common in Penang. However, the lei cha proprietor has moved elsewhere to unknown location. The stinky tofu did not disappoint, although it took a fair bit of time to get our orders prepared. Totally different from the efficient stinky tofu sellers at KL's night markets. You have to order personally from the stall at the back of the restaurant. Portion was quite huge for one. There are various flavours to choose from. They accept TnG ewallet transfer.

The restaurant's signature coconut ice cream served with nutmeg pieces was delicious. The fried thnee kuih with yam and purple sweet potato was crispy and above average, not overly oily. The place is popular for chu char dishes although we didn't order any.

Cars were parked along roadside although it's with white line. Alternatively, just park within a side road in opposite housing area then...

Owner is very friendly. We started off with cycling around the paddy field and village. As it was getting dark, we didn't cycle to the beach. Owner brought us to a place where there were crabs and we were lucky to find some storks in the middle of the paddy field. Bike rental was RM10. As there were a lot of insects along the cycling path, best to wear sunglasses and a mask to cover your nose and mouth, and definitely mossy spray. Back at the compound, kids had fun paddling in the pond and sliding at the mini playground. After that we had a feast at the food court. Coconut ice cream, mango ice cream was great too. Will definitely come back again!

First I thought this is the Kampung location, then realised is a restaurant. I feel a bit hungry too. So stop by and grab some food. It is hot inside at noon. Don’t know why no fan opened. The bali drink look good, taste so so. The lemon drink is good, wife want to order extra. The ice cream is quite good. The portion is big, three scoops. The cardamom chips they put on top of the ice cream, make it taste better. The sticky tofu selling rm 12, Hm, smell very sticky, taste no good. The laksa stall (asam laksa) is good. The owner try to make this place look cool. Got extra booths selling 小吃.
